I started with Peter over a year ago and haven't looked back since.. I can't praise him enough, because of him he has helped me grow so much as a person. Peter has your best interest at heart which is what I find is most important! I enjoy every session with him and it makes it so much easier as he clearly loves what he does.. Before I started with peter I viewed exercise as a way of helping me loose weight and had an unhealthy relationship with food. He helped me to understand the importance of good nutrition for loosing weight and most importantly now for training. He didn't only help me loose weight but is continuing to now help me find balance between life, exercise and food which is what I can struggle with at times. I'm looking forward to what the future can bring from working with Peter to reach my goals.
